What You'll Be Doing
As an Affiliate Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of affiliate partners that drive player acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with affiliates, tipsters, and influencer partners.
- Drive player acquisition and revenue growth through affiliate marketing initiatives.
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns around key sporting events and promotional activities.
- Brief affiliates on campaigns, creative assets, messaging, and promo codes.
- Monitor affiliate performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Analyse traffic quality, conversion rates, player value, CPA, ROI, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Onboard new affiliate partners and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Work closely with Creative, CRM, Social Media, and Analytics teams to improve campaign performance.
- Identify and test new affiliate channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
- Produce performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support influencer marketing initiatives and ensure alignment between affiliate and influencer strategies.
- Continuously improve tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or 2–3 years' experience in:
- Affiliate Marketing
- Account Management
- Relationship Management
- Business Development
- Sales
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics including CPA, ROI, conversion funnels, and customer value.
- Proven client-facing experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.
- Experience developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Passion for sports, betting, gaming, and digital marketing.
Preferred Experience
- Online betting, gaming, casino, fintech, or performance marketing environments.
- Managing affiliate portfolios and performance-based partnerships.
- Working with influencers, tipsters, content creators, or affiliate networks.
- Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and attribution models.
- Understanding of player acquisition, retention, and lifecycle value.
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
