What You'll Be Doing

As an Affiliate Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of affiliate partners that drive player acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with affiliates, tipsters, and influencer partners.
  • Drive player acquisition and revenue growth through affiliate marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns around key sporting events and promotional activities.
  • Brief affiliates on campaigns, creative assets, messaging, and promo codes.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Analyse traffic quality, conversion rates, player value, CPA, ROI, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Onboard new affiliate partners and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Work closely with Creative, CRM, Social Media, and Analytics teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Identify and test new affiliate channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
  • Produce performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support influencer marketing initiatives and ensure alignment between affiliate and influencer strategies.
  • Continuously improve tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or 2–3 years' experience in:
  • Affiliate Marketing
  • Account Management
  • Relationship Management
  • Business Development
  • Sales
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics including CPA, ROI, conversion funnels, and customer value.
  • Proven client-facing experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.
  • Experience developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Passion for sports, betting, gaming, and digital marketing.

Preferred Experience

  • Online betting, gaming, casino, fintech, or performance marketing environments.
  • Managing affiliate portfolios and performance-based partnerships.
  • Working with influencers, tipsters, content creators, or affiliate networks.
  • Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and attribution models.
  • Understanding of player acquisition, retention, and lifecycle value.
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
