About the Role
We are hiring a seasonal Aeration Technician to join our crew this season. You will be out in the field performing lawn aeration services – one of the most impactful services we offer for long-term turf health. No prior aeration experience is required; we will train the right person. If you are dependable, hard-working, and enjoy working outdoors, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
Operate walk-behind and ride-on aeration equipment to core aerate residential and commercial lawns
Locate and mark sprinkler heads, cables, and other underground hazards prior to aerating
Load, unload, and properly secure equipment on company vehicles
Complete assigned jobs on schedule, maintaining quality and attention to detail
Represent Green Acres professionally when interacting with customers
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
What We Are Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and motivated to work
Ability to perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions
Prior landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
Experience operating zero-turn mowers is a plus
Valid driver’s license preferred
Team player who takes pride in a job well done
Compensation & Benefits
$18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
