To provide accurate legal advice on the structuring of bespoke transactions in line with the relevant Banking practices and procedures and legal entity mandate. To manage the negotiation and execution of legal transactions within the area of specialisation, and to identify and mitigate the legal risks involved in these transactions.

Experience Required
3-5 years proven experience in the provision of legal advice, drafting, vetting, review, dissemination and/or negotiation, with at least 5 years’ experience within the legal and/or financial sectors.
Identification and mitigation of legal risk.
At least 3 years’ people management experience (not necessarily direct reports), where applicable.
