Position:  Administrator (Shipping) – Office Based

Role Duties

12 months experience of working in a trading and shipping environment

Experience of preparing quarterly VAT return invoices

Experience of setting up processes/procedures from scratch or suggesting improvements

Experience in generating & gathering documents relating to shipments in conjunction with operations

Experience of accounts payable, invoices admin & management

Experience in the preparation of purchasing & sales contracts

Good Microsoft Office knowledge and ability

Minimum 1 years’ experience in shipping administration

Office/Administrative/Secretarial qualification

Good IT skills, using email, Word, Excel & accounts system

Strong administrator, able to handle a degree of complexity

Strongattention to detail& accuracy

Proactive, self-starter and good at follow through

Goodcommunication skillswith customers, suppliers, and third parties

Mon – Fri (8 am – 5 pm) Office based
