We are looking for an experienced and motivated administrator to join our team temporarily and help us work towards this dream. 

 

This is a part-time, six-month contract position. The requirement is to work for six hours per day (or 30 hours per week) from 8am to 2pm from Monday to Friday each week. Some flexi-time can be negotiated from time to time. The contract will ideally be from May 2025 to October 2025.

 

Remuneration of R8568.00 per month.

 

Responsibilities:

General Administration & Logistics

Data Capturing & Reporting for Programmes

Requisitions & Cash Management

Office Management, Errands & Driving

Communication & Fundraising assistance

Requirements

Relevant post-matric qualification

Valid Driver’s license

Minimum five years’ administrative work experience

Proven record of proficiency in data management on Microsoft Excel

Three traceable references

Excellent computer and keyboard skills

Ability to work in a team in a shared office environment

Ability to plan and undertake administrative work with autonomy & competence

Attention to detail in all tasks, especially in data capturing & reporting

Good written and verbal communication capabilities in English & Afrikaans

High ethical standard and subscription to organisational values
