Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Office Supplies & Equipment
  • Organize & Schedule Meetings
  • Assist in the Preparation of Reports & Presentations
  • Handle Basic Bookkeeping Tasks
  • Coordinate with other Departments for Administrative support – Document Control, Filing, Processing of Sales Documentation
  • Manage lifecycle of Workshop Jobs by opening, updating, closing & Invoicing Jobs Cards
  • Ensuring Parts & Costs are Captured
  • Health & Safety Compliance
