VACANCY: ADMINISTRATOR – DEBTORS & CREDITORS
Location: Louis Trichardt (Makhado), Limpopo
Position: Administrator – Debtors & Creditors

Salary: Market-related, based on experience
We are looking for a mature, experienced and dependable administrative lady to join our team in Louis Trichardt.
This position would suit someone who is highly organised, comfortable working with figures and accounts, and takes pride in keeping administration accurate and up to date.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience in administration, debtors and creditors
- Must be able to speak fluent Afrikaans
- Experience with invoicing, statements and account reconciliations
- Good understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
- Experience following up outstanding customer accounts
- Ability to process and reconcile supplier accounts
- Good computer literacy
- Experience with accounting software will be advantageous
- Strong Microsoft Excel and email skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational and filing skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers and suppliers
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Honest, reliable and responsible
- A calm, mature and professional approach to her work
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Debtors administration and account management
- Creditors administration
- Processing customer invoices and credit notes
- Sending customer statements
- Following up outstanding accounts and payments
- Allocating customer payments
- Supplier invoice processing
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Preparing creditors for payment
- General bank and account reconciliations
- Filing and maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with general office administration
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and management
- Assisting with month-end administration
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is steady, organised and dependable and who understands the importance of accurate financial administration.
You should be comfortable taking ownership of the debtors and creditors function, following up accounts professionally and ensuring that paperwork and financial records are kept in order.
Previous experience in a motor, tractor, agricultural, parts, retail or similar environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
REMUNERATION
Salary will be based on the successful candidate’s experience and capabilities.
Pay: Up to R20 000,00 per month
