Our client in the finance risk market based in Table View requires a committed deadline driven administrator who is willing to learn new systems and be the right hand to a broker with their essential tasks.
Ideal opportunity for candidates living in Blouberg, Milnerton, Table View and Parklands area.
Salary: R15k dependent on experience.
Requirements:
Matric, relevant qualifications highly advantageous
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Administration
Own vehicle
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Tech Savvy, accurate worker, good computer literacy essential
Ability to learn and willing to grow in their position
Deadline driven with a good turnaround time of getting work completed
While learning new systems the willingness to work overtime to be up to speed
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting a designated broker with all administration and report requirements
Manage discrepancies to be addressed with client.
Data capturing – Import clients details.
Managing data input requirements and various programes
Prepare and manage the portfolio of client reports
Manage timelines for administration to be completed by
Ensure that client reports are error free.
Adherence to a turnaround time of 48 hours on all tasks unless otherwise directed.
Attend to any additional tasks allocated by team for admin
Collate, prepare and email guarantee schedules to relevant clients.
Prepare and email monthly financial spreadsheets prior to the end of the relevant month.
Order stationery as needed & ensure stationery is always at optimum levels.
Liaise with all service providers on any issues as and when they arise.
Ensure that invoices are received timeously so that payment can be made at month end.
Attend to the personal requests of both directors.
Ensure that travel expenses are received from all staff members and submitted to the director by no later than the 10th of the month.
Ensure that the overall office is neat and tidy
Ensure that daily grooming and attire should be in line with the company’s corporate image.
