Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry, scheduling, and calendar management

Maintain and update records in CRM systems

Assist with email and document management

Support the internal team with various administrative tasks

Communicate professionally with US clients and partners

Requirements:

Located in South Africa

Fluent/ neutral accent – Moderate English

Experience in administration / virtual assistance

Stable internet and backup power supply

Comfortability working US hours

Executive bookkeeping is a plus
