SUMMARY:
POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Knights Branch. The successful candidate will provide administrative and office support within a fast-paced production environment and must be capable of managing a demanding workload efficiently. The Administrator will be responsible for:
- Loading machine breakdown requests on the engineering maintenance management system
- Processing stores requisitions
- Creating and distributing reports
- Managing transport bookings
- Sorting, scanning, and renaming delivery notes
- Filing and maintaining paperwork
- Managing timesheets and leave forms
- Maintaining the Health & Safety file
- Updating SHREQ Manager records
- Adhoc admin tasks
QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office – Advanced Excel knowledge would be beneficial
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar administrative role within a production environment
