We are looking for an Administrator with a background in hospitality, retail or the food industry. Applicants with Arch Retail Software and Pilot will be considered.
Your duties include:
Capturing invoices & internal transfers between companies.
Logistics & production.

We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Administrator with proven knowledge of both Arch Retail and Pilot Software. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the retail or food industry, demonstrating an understanding of fast-paced environments and strong administrative control. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to maintain structure and consistency in daily operations.
The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and managing all back-office administrative functions, including inventory management, supplier liaison, processing of invoices, sales and stock reporting, and maintaining accurate system records. The candidate must be proficient in Arch Retail Software for retail operations, as well as Pilot for point-of-sale and transactional tracking, ensuring seamless integration between front- and back-end systems.
Key responsibilities include the daily reconciliation of sales, stock movement reporting, capturing supplier GRVs and credit notes, assisting with pricing updates and promotions on Arch, and ensuring all point-of-sale data from Pilot is correctly matched and reflected in reports. The Administrator will also support management with compiling operational and financial reports, handling petty cash records, scheduling staff where necessary, and ensuring compliance with internal systems and audit processes.
Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is essential, as is a hands-on understanding of operational workflows. The successful candidate must be reliable, meticulous, able to work under pressure, and have a strong sense of accountability and confidentiality.
