Full Job Description
Eco Web is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support our day-to-day operations. This role plays a key part in keeping the team organized and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry into spreadsheets, databases, or systems
Helping with basic reports, forms, and documents
Following up with clients/customers or assisting with bookings
Customer service support, depending on the department
Working closely with different teams to help the business run smoothly
Requirements:
Friendly, approachable, and eager to learn.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeaner.
Are comfortable using a computer (typing, emails, basic software).
Enjoy organizing, planning, or helping others.
Have good attention to detail and can follow instructions.
Can handle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure (training will help!).
No prior experience required—we value motivation, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
