Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Admin Manager.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate communication between internal departments and external partners.
Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Assist with documentation and record-keeping related to client cases and creditor correspondence.
Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical).
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of administrative processes.
Manage and oversee the administration team in the absence of the Admin Manager, ensuring continuity and productivity across all admin functions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Telephone etiquette.
Professional attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred:
Previous experience in Debt Review or a related financial/legal services environment will be highly advantageous.
