Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with a solid understanding of Human Resources functions. This role involves handling general administrative duties, staff coordinating and assisting with HR tasks. A background in nursing or healthcare is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
· Assist with HR-related duties such as onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating staff schedules.
· Support communication and coordination among staff and departments.
· Help maintain compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
· Provide support in a fast-paced environment with sensitivity to confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
· Grade 12
Speak Afrikaans
· Drivers licence
· Working knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email platforms, basic HR software).
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Nursing or healthcare experience is a significant advantage.

Salary R 18 000 negotiable depending on experience
