About This Position
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the Fit-and-Proper requirements of all representatives of iMas Insurance Brokers using the Fit and Proper Manager system. This includes maintaining data, monitoring areas of non-compliance and assisting management to ensure all representatives are compliant. In addition, it involves liaising with the relevant service providers and regulatory bodies.
Job Outputs
Registration of new representatives on the Fit and Proper Manager (FPM) system.
Monitoring and maintenance of the FPM system.
Initiation and monitoring of the annual declaration documents.
Reporting.
Maintenance of the competency register.
Requirements And Experience
National Senior Certificate (Matric)
Regulatory Exam (RE
5) is advantageous
FSCA recognised qualification is advantageous
1 year experience in Administration
1 year experience in insurance is advantageous.
