As an Administrative Assistant at Global Policy Ltd, you will play a critical role in supporting our team in their daily operations. You will have the opportunity to work with a

Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting guests
– Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
– Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
– Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
– Assist with the preparation of project proposals and other business development activities
– Conduct research and gather data for various projects and assignments
– Help plan and organize company events and team meetings
– Handle procurement and office supply management
– Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry, mailing, and filing
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective office operations
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
Communication
, or a related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in a
fast-paced
and
dynamic environment
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
– Strong written and verbal
communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
– Proactive and resourceful with a can-do attitude
– Strong
attention to detail
– Experience in
project coordination
and event planning is a plus
