Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in administration / secretarial services are an advantage.

Language proficiency: Bilingual (English and Afrikaans), additional indigenous languages are an added extra.

Driving Licence: preferable.

Technical Proficiency: MS Suite of Software: Word, Excel, Presentations

Additional competencies: Tendering / Switchboard / Copying and Binding / Boardroom Management / Fleet Management / Stationery and Office Supply Management.
