Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, mail, phone calls)

Organize and maintain digital and physical files

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with travel arrangements

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

Support management and other departments with administrative tasks

Requirements:

High school diploma or higher education (degree preferred)

Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
