Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks while working independently. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to emails and messages promptly, and coordinate meetings and schedules using digital tools.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations, alongside managing calendars.
  • Maintains files and records, and updates the database to ensure data accuracy.
  • Track project progress and deadlines, and collaborate with team members on task assignments.
  • Manages budgets and expenses as needed, while preparing reports and presentations.
  • Adhere strongly to company policies and procedures and update the team on relevant compliance issues.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new employees and organize team-building activities and events.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 -5 yrs Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
  • Familiarity with CRM or database systems.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and back-up power supply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
