Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in the City of Johannesburg. The Administrative Assistant will perform a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining organized files, supporting executive staff with administrative tasks, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills

Executive Administrative Assistance and Phone Etiquette skills

Excellent Communication skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
