About the Role:
In this dynamic position, you’ll handle a wide range of administrative and financial responsibilities that are critical to the smooth functioning of our business. From managing budgets and processing financial transactions to overseeing daily office operations, your work will directly support our mission to build a more connected future.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, track budgets, and assist with financial reporting.
Process invoices, purchase orders, payments, and other transactions.
Provide support to project teams and senior management as needed.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in office administration and financial support roles.
Solid understanding of basic accounting and budgeting principles.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and financial systems.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
