Job Description
To autonomously handle data preparation and conduct basic to intermediate analyses, while executing complex analyses under supervision. Managing independent projects, providing mentorship to junior colleagues, and effectively communicating with stakeholders, including delivering presentations to management committees and executive teams.
Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards.
Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.
Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.
Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes.
Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development.
Display and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivity.
Prepare data and conduct basic to intermediate analysis. Intermediate technical expertise in a specific field, along with fundamental knowledge in other areas.
Perform intricate analyses under supervision, accompanied by the application of professional judgement within the realm of specialized expertise.
Manage and oversee fundamental projects and output streams.
Provide guidance to junior team members and handling external communication within areas of expertise.
Delivering presentations to the management committee an executive committee.
