What we’re looking for:
✔️ Partially or fully qualified actuary — working towards or holding AMASSA, FASSA, FIA or equivalent
✔️ 5+ years’ experience in healthcare, medical schemes or employee benefits
✔️ Strong leadership capability — you inspire, guide and grow the people around you
✔️ High proficiency in Excel, Power BI, DAX and Python
✔️ A problem-solver who reaches for technology and innovation before the status quo
✔️ Strong commercial awareness and confident client-facing communication
✔️ Eligibility for CMS accreditation and relevant Key Individual requirements
What you will do:
Key responsibilities include:
✔️ Lead IAS 19 post-employment healthcare liability valuations and actuarial reporting
✔️ Develop Power BI dashboards, DAX measures and Python-based analytical workflows
✔️ Provide technical input into pricing, benefit design, scheme benchmarking and market reviews
✔️ Support tenders, renewals and client growth with actuarial insight and commercial positioning
✔️ Manage, mentor and develop actuarial analysts
