Job Description : Sleep-Wise Cape Town is looking for a passionate, energetic and motivated Patient Field Technician to join our team.
As a Patient Field Technician (Homecare Advisor) at our company, you will be required to attach and collect specific medical equipment from patients on a daily basis.
Full training will be provided prior to commencement of the role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct studies on people of all ages between the hours of 05h00 – 09h00 and again 16h00 – 20h00.
Interact and engage with people to explain and attach medical equipment to their person.
Retrieve and download all relevant data after the testing period.
Provide customer/patient feedback where necessary.
Complete all assigned cases on any given day.
Travel between patients in hospitals, at home and/or in the office (based in Century City).
Remuneration:
R12,.00 basic cost to company salary (before tax)
R2,.00 monthly vehicle maintenance allowance (to cover services and maintenance)
Fuel to be covered by the company.

Requirements:
Professional conduct and rapport with fellow colleagues, patients and/or clients.
Friendly personality with a go-getter attitude.
Energetic and proactive in getting the job done correctly the first time.
Good time management skills and self-discipline.
Computer literacy.
Own reliable transport and cell phone is non-negotiable.
Ability to take direction, work as part of a team and also take initiative.
Willingness to work flexible working hours (05h00 – 09h00 / 16h00 – 20h00).
Be available to work 8 hours per day but be flexible in this regard.
Willingness to work every second weekend.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, with every other weekend (depending on shift rotation).
Qualifications:
At least 2 years work experience in a customer and/or people-facing role.
Experience with in the medical services industry is not required but would be advantageous.
Must reside in the Southern Suburbs, Central Cape Town or Atlantic Seaboard.
Own reliable transport and cell phone is non-negotiable.
