– Process and file financial data accurately using Pastel
– Reconcile entries and internal ledgers
– Ensure timely month-end closing
– Make Pastel adjustments as requested
– Obtain complete information from assigned doctors’ portfolios
– Gather bank statements, expense proofs, and other necessary documents
– Handle VAT returns and audits
– Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
Experience & Qualifications
– 2 years of accounting practice or relevant experience
– Proficiency in Pastel, Microsoft Office and SARS e-filling
– Grade 12 with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
– Financial diploma/certificate preferred
