We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
Prepare monthly management reports, audit packs, and year-end journal entries.
Handle all tax submissions: VAT, EMP201/501, provisional and income tax.
Oversee cash flow forecasting, budget preparation, cost analysis, and statutory compliance (POPIA, BBBEE).
Manage asset depreciation, foreign loan interest calculations, and general ledger accounts.
Conduct stock valuation, inventory audits, and variance analysis.
Maintain and oversee Accounts Payable, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations.
Reporting & Analysis
Generate custom reports for the CFO/CEO (sales, non-conformance, WIP, and performance tracking).
Consolidate cross-departmental data to support business insights and decision-making.
Develop new reporting tools to enhance strategic and operational visibility.
Operational Coordination
Analyse job cards and production costs to ensure accuracy against BOMs and budgets.
Monitor raw material stock levels to prevent production downtime.
Develop and implement SOPs to improve workflow and cross-functional collaboration.
Support audits, process reviews, and compliance with safety standards
Digital Marketing & Content
Manage and update the company website and social media platforms.
Create and upload content, including technical write-ups and promotional material.
Coordinate digital campaigns and product announcements.

Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Pastel, Umbrella or similar).
Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
Experience with ERP systems and Excel-based reporting. (Advance Excell)
Bonus: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and content management tools.
