SUMMARY:
Are you a technically strong, hands-on finance professional ready to take full ownership of the finance function? An innovative and growing business is looking for a confident Financial Accountant to join their team.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:
- ✔ BCom Accounting
- ✔ Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
- ✔ 5 years’ commercial experience & minimum 3 years' post-SAICA/SAIPA experience
- ✔ Strong ERP experience (SAGE essential)
- ✔ Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- ✔ E-learning exposure beneficial but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
- ✔ Full finance function ownership
- ✔ Payments and payroll processing
- ✔ Trial balance preparation
- ✔ Capturing and reconciliations
- ✔ Monthly management reporting
- ✔ Ensuring financial controls and compliance
