Key responsibilities

Working closely with client servicing (CEs), placement, and operations teams, you will:

  • Build new skills and exposure by working with evolving tools, technology, and internal development opportunities that support career growth.
  • Work across multiple business lines and regions within specific segments, gaining broad operational experience.
  • Contribute to business impact by supporting high-quality outcomes that help client engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Join Operations Excellence, a strategic initiative focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a non-sales-driven role.
  • Support client renewal and servicing activities by gathering, formatting, and preparing renewal information, proposals, presentations, and other required documents.
  • Coordinate workflows and stakeholder communication by managing timelines, tracking milestones, recording communications, maintaining repositories, and ensuring timely follow-up on open items.
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation through data entry, recordkeeping, file labeling, checklist maintenance, benchmarking support, and adherence to Client First and operational excellence standards.
  • Support PRISM and RSM renewal meetings by collecting documentation, attending meetings, circulating actions, tracking progress, updating slips, and finalizing submission materials.
  • Prepare and analyze placement materials including updated client exposure data, claims analysis, quote slips, Financial and Coverage Comparisons (FCC), NDAs, placing slips, and insurer responses.
  • Handle post-placement and compliance tasks such as checking policy/invoice documents, coordinating reviews, managing invoices and credit control, tracking subjectivities, and managing endorsements, certificates, and related records across ET2, RISCS, Jira, SharePoint, iConnect, and DocuSign.

What you need to have

  • Previous experience working within the insurance sector, preferrably within Commercial Insurance , Policy administration, Renewal management or Insurance operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; comfortable working across multiple applications
  • Aptitude for / understanding of core Marsh technologies such as MarshForce, Eurosys, RiSCS, ET2, DocuSign, MShare, and Jira
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with distributed teams
  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
