Position: Account / Sales Manager
Seeking an Account / Sales Manager that will be responsible for revenue targets being met at a specific client / Industry Segment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have relevant Degree or Diploma – Essential
Job Objectives:
To drive revenue generation from a sales perspective, so that overall targets for a specific client are achieved.
Client revenue target realization (as defined by an annual sales strategy).
Support enhanced profitability through a pipeline of opportunities.
Understand client requirements and needs.
Have established network with key decision makers at specific clients.
Experience
Required:
10+ years, which must include significant experience in consulting or consulting related field.
Must have demonstrated sales experience.
Must have experience in leading engagements and building relationships in a client environment.
Must have a strong set of already established client executive relationships.
Knowledge of:
Building client relationships with new / existing clients, based on an anticipated or known set of client problems to be addressed.
Commercial awareness and understanding.
Creating options to address specific problems.
Presenting solutions and approaches in a confident and effective way to senior executive stakeholders.
Closing the sale and negotiation.
Industry insights.
Executive relationships in targeted client environments.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to use their network and plan sales activities.
Structured but flexible approach to Sales.
Creating practical options for the Client.
Ability to liaise with key decision makers.
Ability to leverage experience, knowledge and research.
Ability to generate revenue (Hunting and Farming).
Key Performance Areas:
Grow revenue achieved in the client environment.
