We are currently seeking Outbound Telesales people to join our team! As an Outbound Telesales person, you will be responsible for selling insurance to potential clients over the phone. You will be provided with qualified leads to ensure that you have the best chance of success.
In addition, we offer a well-structured uncapped commission on top of a basic salary. We are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in sales.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric Grade 12
Clear criminal record
1-year sales experience (preferable)
Basic computer literacy
High degree of self-management, responsibility, and accountability
Ability to work with limited supervision
Attention to detail
Self-motivated
Patience, persistence, and a positive attitude
Team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment
Strong sales ability, objection handling, need creation
Package & Remuneration
Basic salary plus uncapped commission
NO COLD CALLING – Pre-approved leads

Full training provided
Working hours:
Monday – Friday 8 am – 6 pm
Previous financial services sales experience advantageous; HOWEVER, not essential.
