Role

Description:

is seeking a full-time Account Manager for our office in Cape Town. You will support  BV by informing and consulting accommodation partners about their business performance, market opportunities, and industry trends. Your role involves empowering partners to use our system, tools, and products to optimize their performance and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively, adapting your style to the audience

Manage your market by evaluating local trends and prioritizing accounts

Identify and articulate partner needs to create value

Formulate and present solutions that create mutual benefits

Lead conversations to secure commitments

Represent  professionally, embodying company values

Self-manage and develop your skills to achieve business goals

Qualifications & Skills:

At least 2 years of experience in account management or sales

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Experience or interest in e-commerce or travel industry is a plus

Proactive, responsible, independent, team-oriented, flexible

Driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%
