Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cape Town for an Account Manager.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and renewing client contracts.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, resolving client issues, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

Strong relationship management and customer service skills.

Experience in account management and client retention.

Sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
