The Role: Account Manager
As an Account Manager at Vroom Media, you are the owner of onboarding clients, client success, and retention.
You're the person clients look forward to hearing from — because every interaction leaves them clearer, more confident, and more capable.
You firmly lead onboarding with structure and establish repertoire. You manage ongoing relationships with consistency and care. And when clients aren't doing what it takes to get results, you step in — not to scold, but to coach. You redirect. You hold them accountable. You help them win.
You work cross-functionally, bridging clients, sales, fulfillment, and leadership — keeping everyone aligned and execution tight.
This is a high-ownership, relationship-driven role where your ability to connect with people and lead them forward directly determines outcomes.
What You'll Own
✓ Lead onboarding calls that build immediate trust and set clear expectations from day one
✓ Guide clients through CRM setup with patience, clarity, and confidence
✓ Manage 10–20 client accounts with consistency, structure, and genuine care
✓ Act as the bridge between clients, sales, fulfillment, and leadership
✓ Teach clients what they need to know — and hold them accountable to doing it
✓ Proactively identify risks and address them before they become problems
✓ Deliver honest, direct feedback — with the kind of warmth that makes it land
✓ Maintain communication that is proactive, organised, and always client-first

Who You Are
Must-Have Traits & Skills
✓ 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar client-facing roles
✓ Naturally warm and personable — you build rapport quickly
✓ A confident communicator in English — clear, direct, and professional without being cold
✓ Strong enough to have hard conversations — and emotionally intelligent enough to have them well
✓ Highly organised and detail-oriented, even when managing multiple accounts under pressure
✓ Proactive — you don't wait for problems to surface; you see them coming
✓ A natural teacher — you break things down, coach clients forward, and take pride in their growth
✓ Takes ownership of outcomes without making excuses
✓ Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment

Compensation
💰 Base + Performance-Based Earnings
- $2,000 USD/month base
- On-target earnings: $3,000–$3,500 USD/month
