The client is a leading provider of high-quality paints and coatings. Â They are expanding their team and seeking three ambitious Business Development and Sales Representatives to drive sales across key market segments:
Industry specific sales consultant per below sector:
Contractors – Engage and build relationships with contractors, offering them high-quality technical paint solutions. Architects, Interior Designers & Estate Agents – Introduce their AI-powered colour consultant as a value-added tool for their clients. Mid-High LSM Retailers – Position AI in retail stores as an in-store kiosk, enhancing customer experience and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development:
Identify and engage potential clients across designated segments. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events. Sales & Relationship Management:
Actively sell products AI concept to clients. Achieve and exceed
sales targets
within the assigned territory. Deliver
impactful
presentations showcasing our product benefits. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Address client queries and provide expert
product knowledge
. Sales Reporting &
Collaboration:
Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities. Prepare and present regular
sales performance
reports. Work closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to align sales efforts and ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications & Experience 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the paint, construction, or retail industry . Proven ability to achieve
sales targets
and drive revenue growth.
Strong B2B sales and relationship management skills. Excellent
communication
, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Key Skills & Attributes Self-motivated and
