Position: Account Executive (Enterprise Solutions)
Responsibilities:
Consolidating sales reports and gap to target.
Running sales cadence and ensuring follow-through to all action plans.
Ensuring vetting and quality check of the sales pipeline and conversion.
Assisting with assessing current Sales infrastructure and improving processes where needed to achieve targets.
Planning, analyzing, and reporting on data whilst formulating Revenue strategy.
Developing sales gap plans both pro-active and re-active (i.e. planning ahead or strategizing to respond to competitors).
Suggesting future-ready plans and new technologies, ways of working, and sales management initiatives whilst driving sustainable growth.
Looking at ways of improving overall customer experience.
Assisting with Engagement strategy by looking at client interactions with a more focused and effective plan around engagement, interaction, hosting, and building and strengthening relationships.
Strategizing around new business, retaining business, and bespoke loyalty platforms.
Project management.
Assisting with Operating Model transformation.
Looking at cross-vertical selling and implementing a One-Vodacom strategy.
Managing Regional Sales Heads and driving Sales and Revenue.
Managing the Public Sector at a top level in order to increase new business opportunities.
Looking at the IoT Vertical and product sets to enhance offerings as well as processes that inhibit effective selling and execution thereafter.
Analyzing market trends for purposes of improving business.
Monitoring competition and implementing quick solutions when threats to business arise.
Qualifications:
The qualification would be a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Years of experience would be a minimum of 8 years.
