Job Description: Director of Workforce Institute Talent Solutions

Position Title: Account Executive (Leadership Council Director)

Department: Leadership Council

Location: Workforce Institute, Remote

Reports To: General Manager

Role Overview:

As an Account Executive at Workforce Institute, your primary responsibility will be to recruit top-tier professionals to join our esteemed Leadership Councils. This role demands a proactive and dynamic individual who is skilled in various aspects of recruitment and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Appointment Setting:

Develop and implement strategies to generate leads.

Engage in cold calling to establish initial contact and interest.

Coordinate and execute email and LinkedIn campaigns to attract potential council members.

Membership Conversion:

Efficiently turn appointments into paid Leadership Council Members.

Employ persuasive communication skills and in-depth knowledge of council benefits to close memberships.

Work closely with the marketing team to create appealing membership packages.

Leadership Council Management:

Direct and oversee the operations of the Leadership Council.

Host and organize events that add value to the council members.

Ensure all members have a valuable and enriching experience.

Foster a collaborative environment that encourages networking and professional growth.

Administrative and Reporting Duties:

Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and membership conversions.

Provide regular reports on recruitment progress and council activities to the management team.

Collaborate with other departments to align council activities with the broader goals of the Workforce Institute.

All other duties as assigned by manager. This is a new initiative and expect change.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional networking or membership organization.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and LinkedIn for recruitment and networking.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Excellent organizational and event management skills.
