We are looking for an experienced, strategic, ambitious, and highly skilled Account Executive to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and fast-growing company.

As an Account Executive, you should be solution-oriented, results-driven, and customer-centric whilst helping us achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients to meet sales targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.

Initiate, build, and maintain relationships with new clients with the aim of expanding the portfolio of clients.

Gain an understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their current and future training needs.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand existing account opportunities.

Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client requirements.

Develop solid sales proposals to ensure ongoing existing client growth.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to present learning solutions to a large audience.

Get feedback and suggest ways to increase client engagement.

Resolve issues and handle client complaints quickly and effectively.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clients’ needs are met and excellent service is provided.

Monitor and track sales metrics and targets in line with business objectives.

Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:
Undergraduate Degree (NQF
7).

Proven experience working as an Account Executive or similar role.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Be available to travel if required.

Based in Johannesburg working remotely.
