We are looking for a highly experienced Account Director with a strong background in Earned Media, PR, and Influencer Relations to manage a portfolio of leading financial services clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience working in an agency environment, specifically within consumer and corporate communications. Agency experience is non-negotiable.

Job Description:

Client & Team Leadership: Lead senior client relationships, develop strategies, and manage team performance to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.

Integrated Campaigns: Oversee the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned (PESO) media models.

Strategic Oversight: Take responsibility for the strategic direction of client accounts, ensuring delivery of high-quality work aligned with client objectives.

Mentorship & Development: Guide junior team members, providing growth opportunities, training, and mentoring to cultivate a strong team of Earned Media professionals.

Financial Management: Manage client budgets, track resource allocation, and ensure profitability through accurate budgeting and financial administration.

New Business & Growth: Identify and pitch new business opportunities, organically grow existing client relationships, and proactively seek new ways to add value.

Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest trends in Earned Media, PR, and Influencer Relations to ensure your clients are always ahead of the curve.

Skills & Experience:

8+ years of agency experience in Earned Media (PR, Influencer Relations, Digital) is essential.

Strong background in financial services (preferred but not mandatory).

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Proven track record in managing client relationships and leading teams.

Financial management experience including budget oversight, invoicing, and profitability tracking.
