Eduvos is seeking to employ the services of Academic Administrator at our Online campus on a full term basis.

Type of Position:

Fixed-Term Contract

The Position:

To support all the academic administration functions (including assessment administration, recordkeeping of student data, enrolment functions, etc.) at the Online campus.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum qualification:

Grade 12

Tertiary qualification will be preferable.

Experience:

At least one years’ administrative experience, preferably in Assessment Administration, in the higher education environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

As the Academic Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for the following:

Provide assessment administration service (Information Systems Administrator only on request)

Student query handling and resolution

Assist with administration of enrolment process

Assist with administration of graduation

Assist with CAT, RPL or qualification change applications

Contributes to Atrisk tracking process

Extended studies contract (Information Systems Certificates only)
