We are seeking a skilled ABG Digicon Series 3 Operator to join our production team.
The ABG Digicon Series 3 Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the ABG Digicon finishing equipment, ensuring high-quality output and efficiency in production processes.
The Role
In this exciting and varied role, you will:
Operate a ABG Digicon Series 3 Digital Finishing machine.
Apply and inspect Embellishments, inks and varnishes on Pre-printed Digital labels.
KPI target of 100% Material and Labour Conversions and a cost-effective approach to all work.
Preventative maintenance on the machine with a strong safety focus
Check all components & report any maintenance requirements
Quality standard practices & maintaining quality assurance records
Training responsibilities & coordination of duties to Assistant Printers.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Proven experience as an ABG Digicon Operator or similar role in a production environment.
Strong understanding of the ABG Digicon machine operations, including setup, adjustment, and maintenance.
Minimum grade 12
Quality driven and attention to detail.
Willingness to work overtime and / or shifts.
A Positive Team Player with a “Can Do” attitude.
Adhere to and follow Standard Operating procedures.
