Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a 4×4 Aftermarket Parts Fitter located in the East Rand area of Johannesburg. The role involves installing, fitting, and maintaining aftermarket parts for 4×4 vehicles. The candidate will handle troubleshooting and repairs, ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards. Additionally, the role may require inspecting vehicles, documenting parts fitted, communicating with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in fitting and installing automotive parts, particularly for 4×4 vehicles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing technical issues
- Knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and safety standards
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision during installations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Knowledge of aftermarket 4×4 parts and experience working with them is highly valued
