Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Skilled Maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, addressing issues promptly, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Conduct residential painting and minor renovations as needed.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Operate tools and equipment such as welders, ohmmeters, and logic controllers for repairs and installations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to tenant requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, welding techniques, and logic controllers is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
