Third Line Support Engineer – Azure

We are professional, agile andinnovative.

Uptime provides white-label IT Support and NOC services to MSPs enabling them to extend the services they can offer their customers. This role involves working with a leading US based MSP who will provide further training in order to assist the successful candidate in increasing their technical knowledge.

The position requires a broad mix of skills including Systems, Networking and Security experience.

This role will be remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Azure

Server & Virtualization Management

Networking & Wi-Fi

IT Infrastructure Support

Technical Skills:

Expert knowledge of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) & virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).

Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and Wi-Fi systems.

Strong understanding of backup technologies (e.g., Veeam, Acronis) and disaster recovery planning.

Familiarity with network protocols, security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
