About the Role

As a Construction Foreman, you will play a vital leadership role on-site, ensuring that our projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the high standards we’re known for. You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate teams, and be the driving force behind project excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
Supervise and coordinate the work of artisans, subcontractors, and general workers.
Interpret construction drawings and ensure execution aligns with plans and specifications.
Monitor project timelines, site progress, and daily productivity.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce health and safety compliance at all times.
Manage site materials, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and correct usage.
Collaborate with the project manager, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
Identify and resolve problems or delays efficiently.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, attendance, deliveries, and incidents.
Uphold quality control and workmanship standards throughout the build.
Train and mentor junior staff and enforce site discipline.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction foreman or similar role.
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings.
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver’s license.
Trade qualification or relevant certifications (advantageous).
