Brito’s, a leading name in the South African meat industry, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our national sales team across telesales, reps, and traders. This is a senior role focused on driving growth, expanding our footprint, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

What You’ll Do:

As our National Sales Manager, you will:

Lead and manage our national sales force, including telesales, reps, and traders.
Develop and implement sales strategies that grow revenue and market share.
Build strong relationships with key clients—growing business with existing customers and securing new national and food service deals.
Analyse sales performance and market trends, recommending and implementing improvements.
Assist with product development by identifying market opportunities and potential new offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing and brand objectives.
Oversee promotions, manage sales to Brito’s Meat Centres and stores, and drive customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar national sales leadership role (preferably in FMCG or food service).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, grow, and manage high-performing teams.
A strategic thinker with solid analytical and forecasting abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., BCom, BBA, or equivalent) in Sales, Business, or Marketing.

Key Objectives of the Role:

Increase the basket and volume of products sold to existing clients.
Grow Brito’s client base across the country.
Assist in identifying and developing new products.
Conduct market analysis to optimise profitability.
Drive national expansion and strengthen Brito’s market presence.
