We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Western Cape to join our team at Ctrack.

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales performance across the Western Cape region.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for regional sales growth, leading both:

  • New Business Sales Team – focused on acquiring new customers
  • Account Management Team – focused on retaining and growing existing customers

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving activity, strengthening pipeline performance, increasing revenue, and building a high-performing regional sales culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver regional sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Lead and manage both new business and account management teams within the Western Cape.
  • Drive prospecting, customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Run weekly pipeline and sales performance reviews.
  • Monitor key sales activity, including meetings, calls, quotes, and customer visits.
  • Coach and develop team members through regular field engagement and customer interaction.
  • Manage team accountability, performance, and development.
  • Work closely with the branch and operational teams to ensure strong customer delivery.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and regular reports to the Head of Sales.

Travel Requirement

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel within the Western Cape region.

The successful candidate will be expected to spend the majority of their time in-market with customers and sales teams, including coaching, ride-alongs, and customer meetings.

Periodic travel to the Head Office in Gauteng may be required for planning and leadership meetings.

Experience Required

  • 5+ years of sales management experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering growth.
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and coaching capability.
  • Experience in fleet, telematics, technology, SaaS, or solution selling is advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
