Key Responsibilities:

  • Accommodation & Office Management: Oversee staff dormitories and office facilities; manage maintenance, security, utilities, and vendor contracts to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
  • Catering Management: Manage the staff canteen operations, including menu planning, food safety compliance, hygiene standards, and budget control to ensure high-quality meals.
  • Fleet Management: Coordinate the administrative functions of the company vehicle fleet, including scheduling, maintenance tracking, insurance, and ensuring compliance with South African road regulations.
  • General Admin: Handle procurement of office supplies, manage cleaning services, and support visa/work permit logistics for international staff.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (essential for cross-cultural team coordination).
  • 3+ years of experience in Administration or Facilities Management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage on-site service providers.
  • Experience working with Chinese enterprises or multicultural teams is highly advantageous.
